2nd prize at the NaturVision film festival
Our production “Caravan of the Books - Kenya’s Camel Library” was awarded 2nd prize in the category “Best Story” at this year’s NaturVision film festival in the Bavarian Forest. Casual and funny as always Herbert Ostwald, the author and director of the documentary, tells the story of the only Camel Library in the world. Its mission is to bring books and thereby education to the children of nomads in the Kenyan semi-desert.
In addition to Herbert Ostwald, who received the award, the entire Marco Polo Film Team came to the Bavarian Forest for the three-day festival. We are very happy about the award.
